You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.
A PayPoint password can only be reset if the account is not disabled and MFA is enabled on your account.
- Please enter your email address and click "Reset".
An email will be sent to thess registered PayPoint email address.
- Open the email and sclick the Reset Link to be redirected to PayPoint.
- Verify your account using your MFA credentials.
- Choose a strong password that you haven't already used.
If you don’t get an email:
- Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.
- Add noreply@fiserv.com to your address book.
- If your account is disabled then please work with your PayPoint Admistrator to unlock your account
